Questions from employers
Do I need my staff email addresses?
Yes. Each learner needs their own email address to receive their login. After you order, send us their names and emails and we will set them up.
Can you send a VAT invoice?
Yes. Email finance@rapidtraininginstitute.co.uk with your order number and company details and we will send an invoice.
Can learners study at different times?
Yes. Courses are online and self-paced, so each person can study when it suits them, on any device.
How do I see that staff have passed?
Each learner downloads a certificate when they pass, which they can share with you. Certificates can be checked on our verification page.
