1. About us
This website is operated by Orion Byte Ltd, trading as Rapid Training Institute, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16562237), registered office Office 32, 806 High Road, Leyton, London E10 6AE. Email: contact@rapidtraininginstitute.co.uk. These terms apply to every course you buy from us.
2. Your order
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may decline an order, for example if a course is withdrawn or a price is shown in error, in which case we will refund you in full.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any VAT that applies. Payment is taken in full at checkout. We will send you an invoice by email.
4. Access to your course
Courses are delivered through our learning portal, provided by VideoTile Learning Ltd. After payment we create your learner account and add your course, and you will receive an email with your login details. Logins are personal to the named learner and must not be shared. If you have not received your login details within one working day, please contact us.
5. Your right to cancel
If you are a consumer you may cancel within 14 days of your order and receive a full refund, provided you have not started the course. By completing checkout you ask us to give you immediate access to the course and you acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once you start the course (for example by opening any course module). This does not affect your rights if a course is faulty or not as described.
6. Assessments and certificates
Certificates are issued by the learning portal when you complete the course and pass any assessment. Each certificate carries a validation code that can be checked on our Certificate Verification page. Accredited and approved courses (including CPD, IIRSM and IOSH) are owned and delivered by VideoTile Learning Ltd and distributed under licence. We act as an agent for IOSH courses and are not directly approved by or associated with IOSH. It is your responsibility to check that a course meets the requirements of your employer, regulator or licensing body.
7. Team and business orders
If you buy more than one place we will ask for the name and email address of each learner. Places are not transferable once a learner has started the course.
8. Our liability
We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the price paid for that order, and we are not liable for business losses such as lost profits or lost opportunities.
9. Complaints
If you are not happy with any part of our service please email contact@rapidtraininginstitute.co.uk. We aim to respond within five working days.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of that country.
